This hotel was set in a central area not far from the centre of mende, and a nearby shop. Had good sleep at the standard queen room with showers, a great view, as for instance. All the employees were nice and pleasant.

The staff were friendly and nice. The location was particularly good, close to the center of town, the main square, and a good restaurant. There were lots of fantastic meals offered at the hotel restaurant.

The location was absolutely incredible, right in the heart of the main square with a stunning view of the cathedral. The fact that there was a good restaurant next door made dining convenient and enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was a great value for the money. I was pleasantly surprised that I could store my bike in the bar overnight, as it was closed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and even though I arrived late, they made sure I could easily check-in. The hotel was immaculate and the room, which slept three adults, was comfortable and had its own bathroom. The town of Mende was charming with a rich history and beautiful architecture, and the hotel served as the perfect base for exploring. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Although the hotel is attached to an Irish bar, we found that the young and inexperienced staff were not well-equipped to handle the bar's clientele.

I would recommend this hotel for staying in Mende. Seems like a friendly property, managed by an amiable staff. The location is magnificent, relatively near Lac de Charpal.
